My story

From a language hobby in India to leading projects and coaching people in Japan.

Roselin Roy Kapur

Beginning of the Japan journey

I came to Japan when few set their sights here or saw the potential of learning the language. Staying over two decades has advanced my career and shaped my independent parenting journey.

Immersing in language and culture

I dedicated myself to Japan's language, values, manners and mindset, and earned the education and certifications to match.

Communications and cultural consulting

I learned to read the air, decipher unspoken context and understand why restraint can speak volumes.

Stepping into IT

I began with expert translation of business and technical documents, then moved into Project and Product Management as an agent of mindset change.

Becoming a workplace coach

As a certified coach I act as a lighthouse, helping people find hidden strengths and their own solutions.
