Bridging Two Worlds for Over Two Decades

My journey began at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in New Delhi, completing my Master’s in Japanese Language and Literature. Relocating to Japan more than two decades ago, I stepped directly into the fast-paced, demanding environment of global IT and corporate project management.

As a PMP®-certified practitioner handling multi-million-dollar cross-border portfolios, I witnessed firsthand how brilliant international leaders stumbled not because of competence, but because of unseen cultural subtexts and the psychological weight of feeling chronically misunderstood.
